Kayseri Kocasinan ilçesinde Erkilet Bulvarı üzerinde bulunan Sümer Towers iş merkezi Kirazlar İnşaat işbirliği ile hayata geçmiştir.
Şehrin gelişmekte olan bu bölgesinde, Kayseri Adliyesi, Kayseri Vergi Dairesi ve Abdullah Gül Üniversitelerinin de yapılması ile birlikte ortaya çıkan iş merkezi ihtiyacı doğrultusunda Sümer Towers iş Merkezi tasarlanmıştır.
Sümer Towers business center, located on Erkilet Boulevard in Kocasinan district of Kayseri, was established in cooperation with Kirazlar İnşaat.
In this developing part of the city, Sümer Towers Business Center was designed in line with the business center needs that emerged with the construction of Kayseri Courthouse, Kayseri Tax Office and Abdullah Gül Universities.
İş merkezinde 88 adet ofis birimi ile birlikte yapının baza kısmında, buradaki yaşantıyı canlı tutacak ticari birimlere yer verilmiştir. Ayrıca birçok organizasyonun da yapılabileceği çok amaçlı salon da tasarımın bir parçası olmuştur.
Ofislerin daha aydınlık ve verimli bir mekân haline dönüşmesi için cephede çoğunlukla şeffaf yapı elemanları tercih edilmiştir.
Arsanın batı kısmında tüm ofis ve ticaretlere hitap edecek şekilde açık ve kapalı otopark alanları oluşturulmuştur.
Along with 88 office units in the business center, there are commercial units that will keep the life here on the base part of the building. In addition, the multi-purpose hall, where many organizations can be held, has become a part of the design.
In order to transform the offices into a brighter and more productive space, mostly transparent building elements were preferred on the facade.
In the western part of the land, open and closed parking areas have been created to serve all offices and trades.
Yapıda ek olarak ofislerin kullanacağı klimaların, cephede görüntü kirliliği oluşturmaması için blokların cephesine klima galerileri tasarlanmıştır ve bu galeriler alüminyum profiller ile bir örgü oluşturularak cephe tasarımında ortaya çıkacak kirliliğin önüne geçilmiştir.
